Violence is connected to powerlessness and economic disparity and is on the rise. Eleven million Americans face violence each year. No one starts the day out saying “Today I want to be a victim.” Learn how to prevent becoming a statistic. Violence is predictable and preventable. Basic concepts and skills can prevent most violence. Most people will take one or less self defense classes in their lifetime and will not practice use of force skills learned.
